RightFax and Adobe Reader – Unable to Use Print to Fax from Adobe Reader 11.0.6

There is a known issue with the newest update to Adobe Reader (11.0.06) and Print-to-Fax. We advise our RightFax customers to not update to the latest Adobe until a patch is made available by OpenText. The issues is being tracked by bug tracking number RF-10668. If you have the latest Adobe, you can still use the print-to-fax utility with this workaround:

1. Navigate to Preferences Menu

2. Under categories choose Security (Enhanced)

3. In the Sandbox Protection section, remove the check from checkbos Enable Protected Mode at Startup.
