Text Transcript

Welcome to the RightFax Resource Center. Today I will be showing you how to create library documents directly from within RightFax FaxUtil.

This can be useful for organizations that want to store frequently faxed documents for easy retrieval.

Before we begin, you will need to have created the document in a word processor or other application from which you can print to the RightFax fax printer. Finally, make sure to send the fax image to your FaxUtil mailbox.

Let’s move to RightFax FaxUtil.

  1. Open the received fax and on the Fax menu, click “Store in Library”
  2. Next, enter:
    • Document ID
      • Enter a unique code that identifies the library document
    • Description
      • Enter a descriptive name for the library document
  1. Finally, select OK

The library document will now be available in the Library Documents list for all users except those in groups that do not have access to all library documents.
