To begin, let’s start in Enterprise Fax Manager. From here you can quickly review what services are installed on your RightFax system and their current status.
- If the status shows as green, that service is running
- If it shows as yellow, that service is disabled
- When you see a red status, that means that the service has stopped or is stopping
- Finally, if you see a gray status, this means that service has not been configured
You can open the context menu by right clicking on any of the services.
This is where you can Start, Stop, and Configure service settings and debug the service.
Finally, let me point out another powerful administrative option from the context menu. From here you can start, stop, or restart all your RightFax services, if necessary.
